Privacy Agreement

It is the policy of “Servicios submarinos Peninsulares, as well as any corporation that integrates the group called Squalo Divers to respect and protect the privacy of all our customers and potential customers as well as all title holders (“Holder”) that we have in our possession, for which the measures and means that we have established to take care of your information are generally the same used for our own data and documents.

The processing of personal data “Holder” includes the following purposes:

  • To be contacted and sent information to comply with legal requirements, maintain our records, track our business relationship if any and maintain communication in general.
  • To be contacted and sent information to advise of promotions, information about our business partners, to offer our products or services, send publicity about products and services for any of Squalo divers’s brands including and not limited to nautical tourist services, Hotel packages, recreational sports, restaurant, tour sales, marketing, statistics and surveys
  • To be contacted and sent information to comply with legal requirements, keep our records up to date, follow up our business relationship if any and maintain communication in general.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:  Cancel any time! Full refunds up to 5 days before activity.

**Please note: Any cancellation within one week of your activity date is non-refundable. For a full refund, AquaWorld must be notified 5 days prior to your scheduled activity. This is as a courtesy to open up space for guests who might be waiting in line for our water fun activities. Now, more fine print: 

  1. Refunds can only be processed via the same means of payment.
  2. Reservations may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty in the event that weather conditions don’t allow the service to take place.*
  3. In the event of illness, a doctor’s note must be presented to receive a refund or to reschedule without penalty.
  4. In package arrangements, cancellation of one of the included activities/dives nulls the package price and the remaining services/dives are charged at full price. In some occasions the remaining services may cost more individually than the original package.
  5. In the case of the Dive packages and Dive Courses if any activities are cancelled for any reason, the package is not partially refundable unless you have taken only one activity with a value less than $80 usd per person

* This policy does not cover transportation costs, if applicable.
